The Carleton Lodge

The Carleton Lodge is the closest condo hotel to Whistler Mountain. Located directly at the base of high-speed gondolas for both Whistler and Blackcomb. The Carleton was originally intended as the skiers' day lodge for Whistler Village and has evolved into a unique condominium-style hotel offering five stories of spacious residences.

Convenience, space, and location are what attract repeat clientele back to this popular haunt year after year.

All Suites offer fully equipped kitchens, fireplaces, cable television, washer and dryer, Jacuzzi bathtub and great views. Housekeeping service is every third day and secure ski & bike storage is included. Underground parking is also available at an extra fee.

One Bedroom

The one bedroom suite features a full kitchen and laundry facilities. The living room includes a queen Sofabed and dining area for 4 persons. The bedding includes a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa-bed in the living room. There is no more convenient location, as the high-speed gondolas for both Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains are directly outside your Whistler BC Hotel door. Units are graded into Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum categories dependent on amenities and whether the units have been partially or fully upgraded

Two bedrooms

The two bedroom suites at The Carleton Lodge offer space and convenience that suit families and friends sharing. Bedding is varied in each unit, together with a variable number of bathrooms. Kitchens are fully equipped with all modern conveniences and are also complimented with dining facilities to match the size of condo. Clients can benefit from lots of different styles and tastes of décor and bedding to suit most groups. Some units face the Mountain and Ski Slopes and some face the Village stroll. All offer the convenience of Whistler Village and Whistler Gondola at your doorstep. Should you require extra space, we offer a handful of two bedroom plus loft units.

Three Bedrooms

This premiere 1,856 sq ft three bedroom, four bathroom suite has unparalleled views of Whistler and Blackcomb mountains and top of the line audio visual equipment that includes two 50" plasma TV's, an Ipod docking bay and Bose stereo. Other unique features include a foosball table, two fireplaces, two cozy lazy boys and a wet bar. The bedding includes a king in the master, a queen in the second bedroom and a double bed in the third bedroom.

  • Bar Kitchens: Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots & pans and cutlery
  • Main Kitchens: Full size, fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots & pans and cutlery.
  • Living Area: Two sofas, loveseat, two lazy boys, foosball table, two 50"plasma TV, Ipod docking bay, 2nd wet bar, two fireplaces, complimentary wireless internet.
  • Miscellaneous: Private laundry facilities are located in the unit. We provide ski lockers and underground parking for one vehicle. The parking charge for the Carleton Lodge is $20.00 per night, plus taxes.

Location: Blackcomb Benchlands

Affectionately known as "The Bench", this area is made up of High end Hotels and Ski In/out Condos and Townhomes. Access to the main Village is dependent on where you are staying with in the Benchlands.

There are 3 high end Hotels on Flat Ground at the very base of Blackcomb, that provide a 4-8 minute stroll into the village center via a pretty valley trail.

Moving up the slope, there are some high-end accommodations that give the very best access to the ski hill. The lower slope accommodations provide walk-able access into the village and present a great way to work off a few Cocktails.

If you are situated further up the slopes, or set back away from the slopes in neighboring developments, then the easiest way to gain access to the village is to hop on the Free Resort Shuttle. In the winter, the Shuttle will pass by your Accommodation approximately every 10 minutes and in the summer, every 20 minutes. You will be dropped to the Village in just a 2-minute drive.

Blackcomb is equally popular in the summer months as access to the Lost Lake Park and Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Course is right on your doorstep.

Location: Whistler Village

Whistler Village is an award winning pedestrianized plethora of Hotels, Lodges, Shops, Boutiques, Restaurants, Wine Bars and Night Clubs, creatively intermingled with world class Accommodations and Hotels.

If you choose to stay within the Village, you are generally accessible to the Ski Hill via the village strolls. Interconnecting walkways provide easy access from the Main Whistler Gondola through to Village North and Blackcomb Base.

Most Accommodations provide secure underground parking at a nominal fee. Whistler Resort frequently holds Festivals and Celebrations throughout the year and the village can be very busy. For those guests expecting a quieter more relaxed atmosphere, yet still within easy access to the village facilities, we suggest you take preference to one of Whistler's other popular locations.

There is a 2nd Gondola (Excalibur) at the base of Whistler (next door to the Main Gondola) that provides easy access to Blackcomb Mountain. Excalibur is also used for visitors wanting to Après Ski in the Village and access their Ski in/out accommodation higher on the Blackcomb Ski Slopes throughout the season.

Location couldn't be more convenient - steps from the Whistler lifts, right in the center of Whistler Village. Very spacious apartment, with fully equipped kitchen. Surprisingly quiet for the location. Of course, you are paying top dollar for the convenience and the luxury of the lodgings.
